Renowned designer Thomas Pheasant offers his first collection for McGuire. The 19-piece collection exhibits the sculptural line, symmetry and scale synonymous with his traditional designs, yet the individual silhouettes reflect a decidedly contemporary approach using McGuire's signature materials. By working with an intriguing mix of rattan, rattan core, leather, cast bronze, glass and stone, Mr. Pheasant offers a collection of remarkable depth.

Inspired by the organic beauty of tree bark, Mr. Pheasant captured this natural patterning in the hand-cast bronze of the collection's table frames, and repeated it in the front legs of the lounge seating in the collection. Textured bronze has a special patina that tempers its brilliance, softening it to complement rattan, leather, stone, and glass beautifully. It is this bronze that provides a subtle, recurring theme to unify the collection.

The Collection's dining chairs are sleekly designed for comfort and versatility. The lounge chairs are sensual and architectural and show a dramatic convergence of lines and depth. And to round out this initial offering, Pheasant has created a sculptural table series that incorporates cast bronze, Halila limestone and glass.
